Refund policy
At William Gray Haberdashery, we want you to be satisfied with every order! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange.
Returns for Original Form of Payment:
Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Returns for In-Store Credit:
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for in-store credit. As long as the items are in new, unworn condition with original tags still attached, you’ll receive a store credit for the full value of your purchase.
How to Return an Item:
- For online purchases, please reach out to us at shop@williamgrayhaberdashery.com to begin the return process.
- For in-store returns, simply bring the item along with your receipt to our downtown Henderson location.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items, gift cards, and cologne are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items that are damaged, worn, or altered cannot be returned.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
